CrossFit is just like life, sometimes you get a day like this. We come to CrossFit to be challenged, while others are challenged by no choice of their own.  Today is dedicated to the Athletes of the Paralympics, London 2012.

April Holmes of the United States (C) crosses the finish line ahead of Andrea Scherney of Austria (L) and Katrin Green of Germany (R) to winning the final of the Women’s 100M -T44 Athletics event at the National Stadium during day eight of the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games on September 14, 2008 in Beijing, China.
