Lots of box jokes today, the fun never ends around here. We will have a sign up sheet for the Paleo Challenge which starts on October 5th with a seminar that evening, a benchmark wod and measurements the next morning at the 8 am session and an assessment of your choice (pull-up, deadlift, hspu). We will revisit the WOD, measurements and assessment just before Christmas.

    Box squats 30-40-50-55-60 could have added a bit more, get heavier sooner in the reps nek time – thanks for that advice Kapua 🙂
