A big high five to our new Elements grads, many of whom were here for their first open sessions today! And a big butt slap to Gabz for doing todays wod runs with a 20 kg vest on.

We know it is getting crowded in the evening classes, we will be adding 6:30 pm Mon and Wed in a few weeks!
