Our next training and nutrition seminar is this Friday September 27th at 7:30 pm after the last elements class. If you haven’t been to one yet or are wondering why you aren’t getting where you want to go while everyone around you is getting thinner, stronger or improving all around- then come. Hear from members who have struggled and reached their goals.  Non members are welcome

Strength/Skill;
