Warm up: Giant Jump Rope/Double Dutch

WOD: CF Dodgeball

Left foot jerkers vs Right foot jerkers


-Upon a hit, athlete performs 10 reps of the exercise.

-If a ball is caught, athlete who threw performs 10 reps of the exercise

First hit; push ups

Second hit; sit ups

Third hit;  squats

Fourth hit; burpees

Fifth hit: mt climbers
