A. Barbell warm up for the wod complex:

WOD:

one set = 5 times through the following AHAP without putting the bar down:

5 hang cleans, 5 front squat, 5 push press, 5 back squat, 5 front rack lunges

for 3 sets.*  rest between sets

B. max dubs in 3 minutes
