Congrats to Mihi who’s team of Police came in second at CrossFit 275’s opening day of “Fire vs Army vs Police vs Navy”. We hope to see more competition action from you in the near future.

Big ups to those of you who RX’ed + on this bad boy and ran the 5K in weight vests. Same to those who did the 4k weighted and the biggest ups to this of you who ran further than they ever have in their life.
