Connectivity:

:20 thoracic stretch on rings x3 in pairs then:

:30 sec hollow hold on hands x3 then

:30 sec hollow hs hold on wall, 30 deg out (facing wall) x3 in same pairs

A1 Back Squats beg 3×5 Int 5×5

A2. between sets ghd back extensions 7-10 reps

B. CFHQ amrap 10 min

10 burpees

20 wb 10/6 10ft/ 9ft
