If you are inspired by today’s workout, here’s a great resource for you;
SWIM WOD:
In teams of 4 or 5;
One athlete performs a 50 meter swim
while teammates perform in stations;
burpees
mt climbers
air squats
Rotate when swimmer returns, round based on all athletes doing a 50 meter lap.
AMRAP 10 minutes
