Our first swim WOD was a great success yesterday with 18 of you in the pool! We will aim for one of these again before the end of the year.

Saturday the 21st our only session will be at 8 am in Tui Glen Park, map to follow. CF kids and Teens WOD at 9 am!

Check the schedule for new classes at the end of the month Saturdays 9 am and Mon/Wed 6:30 pm!
