The official word from Jodie is no sprog yet. She may make another wod before the big event after all. We will keep towels and boiling water on stand by….

A. Deadlift

Beginner: 4 warm up sets, leading to a heavy set of 5. Add 4-5 kgs from last session.

Int: one warmup set x3 then 3,2,1,3,2,1

B. In teams of 3

a rows 250 meters while b does amrap push press 35/25. c rests

Rotate when 250 meters is reached. The wod is finished when the team reaches 2250 meters.
