For our younger populations, we aim to instil an essence of adventure, passion, and joy in kids and teens when playing their favourite sports, trying new things, and tackling life’s challenges. Our programming aims to provide fitness training at age appropriate levels by developing a strength-and-conditioning program specifically designed for kids which is adaptable to any environment. We offer a children’s class designed for ages 5 – 10yrs and a teens class for ages 11 – 17yrs. Our focus is on movement pattern training and physical enhancement that optimizes kids’ fitness and elevates their athleticism.
