It doesn’t matter what shape or size you are because at CrossFit Waitakere we’ve raised the bar for functional training with unique programs that all deliver an amazing workout. Whether you’re looking for the most intense workout in the world or you’re just interested in getting a great sweat in for 30 minutes… we’ve got you. CrossFit

CrossFit Classes are 60 minutes of high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements using cardio,  gymnastics, and weight lifting. Every day is different as our diligently designed programming is planned well in advance to ensure you are always improving in all areas of fitness. Learn new skills and amaze yourself at what you can do so get ready to get after it!

Fit30

Don’t use a lack of time as an excuse to skip your workout! Our Fit30 sessions are focused on metabolic conditioning using cardio, bodyweight and weighted movements to keep your heart pumping. No barbells or skill work. Get in, sweat and get out, in just 30 minutes.

Personal Training

Access a one-on-one session or organise personal training for you and one or two friends. This is an awesome way for total beginners to learn basic foundations, or for experienced gym-goers to take their skills to the next level. We can also accomodate special needs or adaptive athletes. This service is available without a full membership as well as for our members! We can match you up with a Coach that is right for you.

CrossFit Kids and Teens

The CrossFit Waitakere Kids & Teens program combines functional fitness, primal movement, physical literacy enhancement, and the experimentation and creative problem solving of play. By keeping children engaged and entertained, we maximise teaching opportunities to develop proper movement mechanics and create a broad athletic foundation.

These classes are tailored to the special needs of our mature members. Work out with qualified coaches and your peers in a supported and appropriately challenging environment as these 45 minute classes are for athletes over 50 years of age. Let us keep you moving and improving timelessly through functional training! Sessions are Mon Wed Fri at 7:30 am. This is a separate membership of $35 weekly. No contract, hidden costs or joining fees!

Yoga

Improve your mobility, increase your athletic performance and speed up your recovery with our Mobility program. This class is included in membership or is available for a 15$ drop in fee for Non-members and the public, so bring a mate at 4 pm on Sundays.

Waitakere Olympic Weightlifting

Train in our Oly lifting class included in your membership.  Learn how to  optimise your weight-lifting technique with one of our record setting Oly Coaches in this class designed for all levels of ability. We are a registered Olympic Weightlifting club with Olympic Weightlifting NZ and hold competitions on site . We Coach men and women starting from 12 years old and offer separate training options for athletes looking to specialise. Get involved in the oldest Olympic Sport and compete for our club!

Open Gym

Is available during many of our scheduled classes in our 630 SQm facility. Work on your skills or individual programming, train with your team for a competition or just hangout with mates before and after classes.

Corporate Wellness

Take care of your staff with our private corporate training. Improve cohesion and performance for your company or organization through an effective programme of exercise tailored to the needs of your organisation. Reduce sick days and injuries and increase productivity of your employees and your business!

First Responder Military Test Prep

We have trainied recruits for police, AOS, fire and military physical testing through our knowledge of the exams and our effective methods. We can help you to improve areas of weakness and achieve your goals.  Ask those who have continued to train with us even after they have passed and joined the forces!

CrossFit Competition Class

Our Saturday 90 minute session is for those wanting to compete in CrossFit, and all levels are encouraged! Join a team, pair or go it solo. Put your training to the test with some friendly competition and get involved in the sport of fitness at the local, national or international level.

Sports Club/Team Training

Let us get your team or club fitter for your sport. We can impove perfromance on the team and individual level and for all abilities. Focus on your sport speciifc traiing and leave the strength and conditioning to us. From MMA to Baseball to Rugby to Fencing, we have improved performance for social to National grades.
