FUNCTIONAL CLASS

CrossFit Classes are 60 minutes of high intensity training. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements using cardio, gymnastics, and weightlifting. Every class is different to ensure you are always improving your overall fitness.

FA’ATASI CONDITIONING

This is a FREE community class held on a Sunday morning for those that want an early morning sweat up. Bring a friend is encouraged where team work is a focus and conditioning is key to survive this class. Based on fun, music and friends

SPECIALTY CLASSES

Olympic lifting class will help to Improve on your weightlifting technique. Conditioning and partner workout classes focuses on cardio conditioning and teamwork. Gymnastics class is a specialty class where you will learn the fundamentals to progress and learn movements such as handstand walking.

COLLEGE TEENS

NEW - Our College Teens Functional Fitness programme at The Box is a safe and fun place for teens to learn how to move functionally, improve coordination, workout and to understand the importance of exercise. The emphasis for this programme is to promote the COLLEGE GAMES competition held every year in Feb.
